Can I Return or Exchange My Item?

What If My Item Arrives Damaged?
We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged item, please email project18.us@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will review the issue and assist you in finding a resolution. Please note that damages caused by normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement.
What If My Item is Faulty?
Items are classified as faulty only if they have a manufacturing defect upon arrival. If you believe your item is faulty, contact project18.us@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details for review. After this period, we are unable to offer assistance.

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing and packing. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Orders typically arrive within 7 business days after shipping.
My Package Is Missing. Can You Help?

Can I Change My Address After Placing an Order?
Orders begin processing immediately, so we’re unable to make changes once your order is placed. However, once your order has shipped, you may be able to modify the address directly with the shipping carrier. Please note that address changes may cause delivery delays and could incur additional fees, which must be paid directly to the carrier.
